AUMC School Supply Drive Going On Now

Argyle United Methodist Church’s annual school supply drive is in full swing. GearUP provides backpacks and supplies to close to 200 at-risk students in Argyle and Denton to start the school year off right. They also provide over 400 uniform items for students at Borman Elementary.

All donations must be dropped off at the church no later than 11am on Sunday, August 6th.

They also need monetary donations to help us purchase items that are not donated.

$50 helps 1 child, $100 helps 2, $250 helps 5 and so on…

Consider sponsoring a child this year. This gives a child an opportunity to walk into school on the first day with his or her own supplies.

Donations can be made to AUMC with GearUP in the memo or online at Just go to the UP ministry section.
