AHS Science Teacher  Wins UIL Sponsor Excellence Award

Argyle High School science teacher Kimberly Kass has been recognized as a 2016 Sponsor Excellence Award winner by the University Interscholastic League (UIL). She is one of only 15 educators in Texas to receive this award this year.

Kass has been teaching for more than 30 years. During this time, she has coached 10 science team state champions, six individual science state champions and led 38 students to top six placements in the UIL Academic State Meet.

The winners of this award were selected by a panel of judges from nominations submitted by school principals and superintendents across the state.
